Common Questions
How is my daily goal calculated? Your goal is based on your body weight and activity level. If you enable weather and workout adjustments, it increases on hot days or after exercise.
Why isn’t my goal adjusting for weather? Make sure Location permission is enabled in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Sipli.
My HealthKit data isn’t syncing. Go to Sipli Settings > Permissions > HealthKit and ensure it shows “Connected.” You can also tap “Sync HealthKit Now” to force a manual sync. If it shows “Not connected,” tap to re-authorize in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Sipli.
How do I change my daily goal? Go to Settings > Daily Goal and enable “Custom goal” to set your own target.
How do I cancel my subscription? Open iOS Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Sipli > Cancel Subscription. You can also tap “Manage Subscription” in Sipli’s Settings > About section.
Can I delete an entry? Yes. Long-press any entry on the Dashboard or Diary to see the delete option. You can also tap an entry to edit it, then use the “Delete Entry” button.
Does Sipli work on iPad? Yes. Sipli has a fully adaptive layout for iPad with multi-column views.
